The Role:
We are seeking an experienced High Ticket Closer who knows how to engage with potential prospects and convert them into satisfied students within our educational programs. You will receive 5-6 warm/hot leads each day and you will have 1 hour to close each prospect. The ideal candidate is an A player who has exceptional sales skills and the ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and effectively communicate the value of our programs. The ability to guide the conversations through active listening, rapport building, and securing the deal is crucial to the success of this position. In order to succeed in this fast paced environment, you will need to have a relentless work ethic and passion for success. Expect to handle at least 80 live calls per month with an expected close rate of 25% and above. This role is 100% commission based and requires employees to work at least one weekend day per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-level sales conversations with prospects via phone or Zoom
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process and close deals
- Strive to surpass daily sales targets through relentless closing efforts
- Manage and track leads in the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring effective pipeline management
- Complete End of Day Reports and input KPIs regularly
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
- Participate in company and team meetings to foster a collaborative environment
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience selling premium, high value products or services, in education/coaching/training
- Exceptional closing skills with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track leads and performance
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- A growth mindset, open to ongoing training and personal development
Compensation/Benefits:
- 100% commission based; $120K - $240K OTE dependent on closing ability
- Cash Collected Tier (resets every week):
- $0 - $19,999 -> 10%
- $20,000 - $29,999 -> 12.5%
- $30,000+ -> 15%
