What Sets This Role Apart
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to support our high-performing sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and driving operational excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring our sales workflows are scalable, accurate, and efficient across multiple platforms. In this role, you will help maintain and improve CRM systems, build and monitor dashboards, support lead distribution, and analyze performance data to inform strategy. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and improve the effectiveness of our entire sales organization.
About You
You are an experienced Revenue Operations professional with 2–5 years supporting high-velocity sales teams, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or high-ticket B2C environments. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving systems and have a proven track record of balancing execution with strategic thinking.
You are hands-on, comfortable getting into the weeds to build, audit, and improve processes, while also identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. You can work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams and adapt quickly as systems and priorities shift.
You bring a strong analytical mindset and an obsession with data quality and accuracy. You know how to design, manage, and improve workflows across complex tools and systems, from lead distribution to revenue forecasting and churn tracking. You can move fluidly between different platforms and help align disparate systems to drive clarity and performance.
