Stock Navigators seeks a motivated Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our expanding Sales team. We specialize in high-ticket trading education, empowering individuals towards financial independence.

As an SDR, you will initiate contact with potential high-ticket clients, assess their suitability for our products, and schedule qualified leads for our Account Executives. You'll engage with warm leads, not cold lists.

To excel, you must conduct effective qualifying calls and manage a high call volume (approx. 50-75 daily). Your ability to convey amiability, professionalism, and nurturing support is pivotal as the first point of contact.

About You:

Responsibilities:

  • To qualify and set high-quality leads for the Account Executives and make sure those leads show up for the Account Executives;
  • Efficiently engage and process your lead lists through the qualifying funnel each day, ensuring the most qualified leads reach the sales team;
  • Coordinate and schedule follow up appointments for Account Executives;
  • Make large-volume outbound contact via phone calls, emails, and social media touches daily to engage prospects;
  • Diligently and accurately track your activity via our Hubspot CRM system;
  • Create and manage a highly organized schedule to manage your daily workload;
  • Join daily individual team coaching sessions to obtain feedback improve;
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable to goals, KPI’s, and targets;


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience using a computer, email, & social media;
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-focused, customer service, or sales role;
  • Experience using Hubspot or a comparable sales (CRM) tool:
  • Some selling experience is required;
  • High school diploma or GED (but College Degree preferred);
  • Willing to work remote
 

Compensation/Salary:

The OTE range for this position is $40k - 60k per year. 

$100 base per working day making calls and qualifying leads for AE’s

$200/closed-won sale via set close call

$250 bonus for every $100k in revenue generated
